Every plan uses Tapendo's smart link: the tag and QR point to a shortcut you control from the panel. Changing the menu, moving a tag between tables and blocking a lost tag are part of the base, not add-ons.
Pricing questions, answered head-on
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. The subscription is monthly and you cancel whenever you want, with no minimum term.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The Free plan asks for no card and never expires. You only enter payment if you decide to subscribe to Starter or Pro.
Are the NFC tags included in the plan?
We don't sell hardware. You buy NTAG215 tags on any marketplace for about $1 each and write them from the panel or the NFC Tools app. The upside: no markup from us and no exclusive supplier.
Can I switch plans later?
You can move up or down whenever you want. The table links stay the same, so nothing needs to be rewritten or reprinted.
